Artículo único. Apruébese la Convención de arbitraje entre Colombia y Chile, firmada en Bogotá el 17 de noviembre de 1914, y que a la letra dice:

"CONVENCION DE ARBITRAJE

entre la República de Colombia y la República de Chile.

"El Presidente de la República de Colombia y el Presidente de la República de Chile, deseando ajustar una Convención de arbitraje que permita solucionar amistosamente las dificultades que puedan surgir entre las dos naciones, han autorizado debidamente a los infrascritos, señor Marco Fidel Suarez, Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia, y el señor Bernardino Toro Codesido, Enviado Extraordinario y Ministro Plenipotenciario de Chile en Bogotá, quienes han convenido en las estipulaciones siguientes:
