Del manejo de los recursos y activos . El manejo de los recursos y activos del Fondo Nacional Avícola debe cumplirse de manera que en cualquier momento se pueda determinar su estado y movimiento. Con tal fin, la entidad administradora del Fondo organizará la contabilidad de conformidad con los métodos contables prescritos y utilizará cuentas bancarias independientes de las que emplea para el manejo de sus propios recursos y demás bienes.
