Es la solicitud que realiza el obligado cuando resulta insuficiente el término de vigencia inicialmente autorizado y no se hubiere agotado la numeración respectiva. Para el efecto, el obligado podrá adelantar el trámite de habilitación de la numeración con una antelación de quince (15) días hábiles previo a la fecha de vencimiento de la vigencia de la autorización o habilitación según el caso.
