° En el evento de que una firma extranjera desee vincularse a un proyecto de esta naturaleza, deberá demostrar que ha cumplido con los requisitos exigidos para su funcionamiento en el país, en especial con lo dispuesto en los artículos 10 del Decreto-ley 1056 de 1953 y 3° de la Ley 10 de 1961.
