Art. 47. Los alumnos designados por el Poder Ejecutivo se obligarán con la garantía de una fianza personal, abonada, á terminar los estudios que forman la profesion de agricultura, y á prestar á la Nacion, despues de haberlos terminado, durante un tiempo igual al que hayan permanecido en el Instituto, sus servicios en los establecimientos públicos de instrucción. Se comprometerán, si así no lo hicieren, á devolver al Tesoro todos los gastos hechos por el Gobierno en ellos durante el tiempo que hayan permanecido en el Instituto, y además pagarán los intereses de las cantidades gastadas. La fianza se otorgará de la manera legal.
