El Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, o la entidad que lo reemplace en la dirección de las políticas de equidad para las mujeres en su informe anual al Congreso, incluirá un capítulo sobre el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la presente ley, en las Leyes 248 de 1995, 387 de 1996 y 581 de 2000, y en las demás que reglamenten la igualdad de derechos y oportunidades para las mujeres.
