º . Duración y prórroga del permiso . El permiso para uso del espectro radioeléctrico tendrá una vigencia igual al término de la licencia otorgada para la prestación del servicio de telecomunicaciones. En caso de prórroga de la licencia para la prestación del servicio, podrá prorrogarse el término del permiso, sin perjuicio de las facultades del Ministerio de Comunicaciones relacionadas con el uso efectivo y la gestión eficaz del espectro radioeléctrico.
