Los avalúos de que tratan los artículos 82 y83 los practicarán dos peritos así: Uno designados por la Gerencia, de la Zona, y el otro designado por el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazo, Seccional del Valle. Contra estos avalúos cabe el derecho de reclamo ante la Junta Directiva, de la Zona. CAPITULO XII De las Sanciones.
