El empleado público que tenga noticia de existencia de alguno de los bienes indicados en el Artículo 2.° de esta Ley deberá avisarlo al Ministerio de Guerra para que la Junta Directiva del Montepío promueva la averiguación y la correspondiente adjudicación.
