Artículo décimo . Modifíquese el artículo 48 del Decreto 421 de 1982, así: Una vez elaborado el formulario, el vencedor deberá entregar al jugador la copia y guardará el original, el cual devolverá al concesionario con anticipación del sorteo de la lotería respectiva.
