La ejecución de una sentencia dictada por el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo o por el Consejo de Estado que ordene la práctica de un nuevo escrutinio, corresponde al Tribunal que haya dictado el fallo de primera instancia. Para ese efecto se dispondrá que en el término de la distancia le sean remitidos los documentos necesarios para ello.
