Reservas ocasionales . La Asamblea General de Accionistas podrá crear si lo estimare necesario o conveniente, cualquier clase de reservas tomadas de las utilidades líquidas y una vez deducidas las sumas necesarias para la reserva legal siempre que tenga alguna destinación especial y sean justificadas y aprobadas conforme a la ley. Las reservas que cree la Asamblea General no podrán variarse sino por la misma Asamblea. CAPITULO DECIMO SEGUNDO. Disolución y liquidación.
