Desembargo y levantamiento del secuestro . Remate. - Si el deudor pagare inmediatamente o diere caución real que garantice el pago en forma satisfactoria para el Juez, se decretará sin más trámite el desembargo y el levantamiento del secuestro. Si no se efectuare pago ni se prestare caución, el Juez ordenará el remate de bienes, señalando día y hora para que el acto se verifique. Si no fuere el caso de remate, por tratarse de sumas de dinero, ordenará que de ellas se pague al acreedor.
