Art 395. Es absolutamente prohibido tomar lastre o arrojarlo en los puertos i bahías habilitados, i tambien en los que por su capacidad u otras condiciones puedan habilitarse en lo futuro, como Puerto Bello en el Atlántico i Vaca de Monte en el Pacífico.
