° Desde la sanción de la presente Ley los sueldos de los Ministros Diplomáticos que el Gobierno acredite en el Exterior Diplomáticos que el Gobierno acredite en el Exterior, serán los siguientes:

Parágrafo

Cuando por separación por más de un mes de un Ministro de 1.ª ó de 2.ª clase entrare á reemplazarlo el Secretario respectivo, este gozará, durante la ausencia de aquel, de un sobresueldo equivalente á la cuarta parte de la asignación mensual del Ministro, tomada de dicha asignación.
