La Junta Directiva del Fondo, previo informe de la Superintendencia Bancaria, podrá ordenar la reducción simplemente nominal del capital social de una institución inscrita, y ésta se hará sin necesidad de recurrir a su Asamblea o a la aceptación de los acreedores.
