Los organismos creados por asociación entre entidades públicas que se clasifiquen como Establecimientos Públicos Indirectos, las Unidades Especiales y Fondos Especiales adscritos o vinculados a los Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales quedan sujetos, para todos los efectos presupuestales al Decreto ley 294 de 1973 y a las normas de la presente ley.
