Funciones de secretaría. Sin perjuicio de que la Junta, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, pueda crear el cargo de Secretario General de la Zona Franca, podrá señalar a uno o varios funcionarios de alto nivel las atribuciones y responsabilidad de autorizar con su firma los actos del Gerente y llevar la correspondencia, custodiar los libros y documentos, así como desempeñar las demás funciones de Secretaria.
