Las entidades a que hace referencia el artículo anterior, que empleen personal, previo el procedimiento allí expuesto, se obligan a nombrar como auxiliar del profesional extranjero autorizado, un ingeniero o arquitecto colombiano matriculado, para que se capacite en la especialidad y pueda reemplazarlo en el menor tiempo posible. El incumplimiento de este requisito será causal suficiente para suspender el permiso concedido.
