La visa de cortesía podrá ser otorgada por el Grupo Interno de Trabajo que el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores determine y por las Misiones Diplomáticas o las Oficinas Consulares de la República, al nacional ecuatoriano que pretenda ingresar al territorio colombiano para desarrollar alguna de las actividades indicadas en el Decreto 4000 de 2004, modificado por el Decreto 2622 de 2009, salvo para las actividades permitidas en calidad de visitante temporal, según lo previsto en el artículo 56 del Decreto 4000 de 2004.
