Nombre comercial. De la manera permitida en el artículo 193 de la Decisión 486 y prevista en el Código de Comercio, el depósito del nombre comercial tiene carácter declarativo respecto de la fecha a partir de la cual se inicia el uso del nombre y la fecha desde la cual ese uso es conocido por terceros, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 191 de la Decisión 486.
