Incorporación por referencia de información al Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores. Para los efectos previstos en el presente Título, la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia o el emisor podrán incorporar por referencia cualquier información de los emisores que se encuentra registrada en el Sistema Integral de Información del Mercado de Valores (SIMEV), según el procedimiento establecido para el efecto por esta Superintendencia”.
