Art. 1314. El que acepta con beneficio de inventario se hace responsable, no sólo del valor de los bienes que entonces efectivamente reciba, sino de aquellos que posteriormente sobrevengan a la herencia sobre que recaiga el inventario.

Se agregará la relación i tasación de estos bienes al inventario existente, con las formalidades que para hacerlo se observaron.
