CONDICIONES PARA LA REDENCION DE PENA. El juez de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad, para conceder o negar la redención de la pena, deberá tener en cuenta la evaluación que se haga del trabajo, la educación o la enseñanza de que trata la presente ley. En esta evaluación se considerará igualmente la conducta del interno. Cuando esta evaluación sea negativa, el juez de ejecución de penas se abstendrá de conceder dicha redención. La reglamentación determinará los períodos y formas de evaluación.
