Proyectos, obras o actividades que no requieran de licencia ambiental. La realización de proyectos, obras o actividades que no requieran de licencia ambiental sino de Plan de Manejo Ambiental e impliquen remoción de bosques, deberán obtener los permisos de aprovechamiento que se requieran y, en todo caso, siempre deberá realizarse como medida de compensación una reforestación de acuerdo con los lineamientos que establezcan las Corporaciones o los Grandes Centros Urbanos competentes.
