Art. 3.° Escediendo la poblacion del distrito de sesenta mil almas, sin pasar de cien mil, el sueldo de los empleados del Tribunal será el siguiente, sin perjuicio del mayor que tenga a bien asignar la Cámara de provincia: de nueve mil seiscientos reales cada ministro juez; de ocho mil reales el fiscal; de cuatro mil ochocientos el secretario; de dos mil cuatrocientos el oficial, ¡ de mil doscientos el portero escribiente, cuyas cantidades son el minimum señalado por la parte final del artículo 4.° de la lei de 1.° de junio de este año, adicional i complementaria de la de descentralizacion de rentas i gastos.
