º. Lo dispuesto en este decreto se aplicará sin perjuicio de las normas vigentes sobre retenciones en la fuente por conceptos diferentes de los aquí señalados, así como las que regulan las retenciones en la fuente para los contribuyentes sin domicilio o residencia en el país.
