Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, tendrá vigencia desde el 1º de julio de 1994 y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el artículo 82 de la Ley 14 de 1983.
