B. El que con motivo o con ocasión de un evento deportivo, antes, durante o después de él, ejerciere actos de violencia contra un medio de transporte u ocasionare daños en vías o lugares públicos, incurrirá en multa de dos (2) a veinticinco (25) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
