Autorízase al Gobierno para contratar los servicios del doctor José María González Valencia, como Profesor de Derecho Civil en los cursos tercero y cuarto de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad Nacional. Al efecto podrá disponerse hasta de la cantidad de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) anuales, que se considerará incluída en los respectivos presupuestos.
