Apruébase el "Convenio Comercial entre la República Árabe de Egipto y la República de Colombia", firmado en Bogotá el 23 de julio, cuyo texto es: «CONVENIO COMERCIAL ENTRE LA REPUBLICA ÁRABE DE EGIPTO Y LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA El Gobierno de la República Árabe de Egipto y el Gobierno de la República de Colombia, movidos por el deseo de fortalecer sus relaciones económicas, y con miras a promover el intercambio comercial entre los dos países sobre la base de la igualdad y del beneficio mutuo, han convenido lo siguiente:
