Los empleados que estuvieran percibiendo remuneraciones por efectos de los incrementos establecidos en disposiciones anteriores, tal como lo señala el artículo número 97 del Decreto número 1042, continuarán recibiendo, esa cantidad hasta la fecha en que se retiren del servicio, aunque cambien de empleo, ya sea por razón del nuevo nombramiento, ascenso, traslado o encargo.
