Art. 19. Del producto de los efectos de contrabando se deducirá el doble de los derechos de importacion segun la tarifa, i los gastos de justicia, i el resto corresponderá a las denunciantes i aprehensores. Cuando el mismo individuo que descubra el fraude sea el que lo aprehenda, tendrá derecho a dicho producto.
