Sociedades en reorganización o reestructuración Sobre el particular, se tiene que los sujetos obligados de conformidad con los criterios dispuestos en el presente Capítulo, que se encuentren en estado de reorganización empresarial o reestructuración, y que por ende cumplan con la hipótesis de negocio en marcha, desarrollando su objeto social, deberán dar cabal cumplimiento a las disposiciones aquí establecidas, ello siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos de que trata el ámbito de aplicación y no se sean vigilados por otra Entidad.
