ARTÍCULO TRANSITORIO 673 .- Si al entrar en vigencia la presente Ley, se hallare en el (sic) curso o se hubiere (sic) aprobado los presupuestos distritales y municipales, deberán presentarse a los respectivos concejos dentro de los siguientes ocho (8) días hábiles, las modificaciones pertinentes al proyecto de presupuesto o presupuesto aprobado a efectos de ajustar las apropiaciones de las personerías y contralorías conforme a las disposiciones de la presente ley (Ley 166 de 1994, art. transit).
