Prohibición de la ventilación por difusión. Queda prohibida la ventilación por difusión, excepto en túneles o galerías avanzadas, hasta diez metros (10 m) a partir de la atmósfera libre o de la corriente principal de ventilación, donde no haya presencia de metano o de gases contaminantes de que trata el artículo 39 de este Reglamento, ni peligro de acumulación de los mismos.
