Decreto 196 de 1992 · por el cual se modifica el artículo 1º del Decreto número 0134 del 24 de enero de 1992, que confiere una comisión de servicios en el exterior al Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público y encarga durante su ausencia al Viceministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público de las funciones de su Despacho Ministerial.
