º . Otras disposiciones . Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones especiales de la Ley 550 de 1999 y de lo previsto en este decreto, el acuerdo de reestructuración constituye acuerdo de pago respecto de las obligaciones fiscales reestructuradas. De conformidad con el inciso anterior, y con el artículo 52 de la Ley 550 de 1999, las facilidades de pago a que se refiere el Decreto 806 de 2000 podrán celebrarse sólo respecto de las obligaciones por concepto de retención en la fuente.
