Para demostrar que un nuevo denuncio afecta una mina matriculada pueden presentarse antes de la diligencia de inspección ocular o durante ésta, todas las pruebas admisibles conforme al Código Judicial, para que sean tenidas en cuenta por el perito ingeniero al rendir su dictamen.
