Con Intervención De La Contraloría General De La República, La Superintendencia Determinará, Con Arreglo A Las Normas Expuestas En El Artículo Anterior, El Valor Total Del Reintegro Que Resultare Exigible A Los Registradores

°. Con intervención de la Contraloría General de la República, la superintendencia determinará, con arreglo a las normas expuestas en el artículo anterior, el valor total del reintegro que resultare exigible a los registradores.

Parágrafo

El Superintendente de Notariado y Registro queda facultado para dirimir, de acuerdo con el auditor fiscal, las discrepancias que se presenten sobre la aplicación de las normas sobre reintegros. Igualmente podrá el superintendente convenir la forma de pago de las sumas adeudadas, exigir las garantías que estimare convenientes y, si fuere el caso, acordar compensaciones por recaudos, compra de equipo o por otros conceptos.
