Autorícese al Gobierno Nacional a través del Ministerio del Interior, para que destine recursos a los órganos encargados de prevenir y atender desastres en el municipio de Armero, Guayabal (Tolima), y en su periferia, con el fin de capacitar a los miembros encargados de realizar esa clase de actividades y de mejorar o adquirir equipos, maquinaria e implementos relacionados con dicha labor.
