Adiciónase el numeral 1 del artículo 332 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, con los literales i) y k), suprimidos por el Decreto 1577 de 2002, artículo 5, numeral 5.1., los cuales quedarán así: “i) Mantener actualizada la base de datos sobre miembros de juntas directivas, representantes legales, revisores fiscales y de las entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria;” “k) Elaborar los contratos y demás documentos que esta actividad demande y mantener informado al Superintendente Bancario sobre el desarrollo de los mismos”.
