Art. 105. El archivo de la Oficina general de Cuentas hace parte integrante de ella. En tal virtud, del Archivo general de la República se pasarán al de aquella Oficina los documentos que á ella correspondan.

En el reglamento interno que dictará la Oficina se dispondrá la manera como deba ser organizado y servido el Archivo. El Archivero pasará del Ministerio de Gobierno á la Oficina general de Cuentas y estará bajo las inmediatas órdenes de su Presidente.
