Artículo único. Derogase el Decreto número 17 de 5 de Enero del año en curso, por el cual se suprimieron las provincias de San Andrés y Piedecuesta, en el Departamento de Bucaramanga, en consecuencia las mencionadas Provincias volvieran a tener existencia legal desde el 1° de Julio venidero, en la misma forma en que estaba antes constituidas.
