Artículo doce. Si la junta de propietarios no designare el perito, o los dos peritos principales no se pusieren de acuerdo en la escogencia del tercero, o cualquiera de los peritos no acepta el cargo, no toma posesión de éste, o no cumple oportuna y debidamente sus obligaciones, la CVC hará las designaciones o reemplazamientos a que hubiere lugar.
