° Los Oficiales de Reclutamiento comprobarán la inversión de los fondos que reciban para auxilios de marcha de los conscriptos, con la presentación de los recibos individuales de éstos, o con los recibos de los Alcaldes en caso de que hayan tenido que velarse de tales funcionarios para hacer la repartición de los mencionados auxilios.
