Prohibición a los administradores para adquirir acciones. Los administradores de la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN, no podrán ni por sí, ni por interpuesta persona, enajenar o adquirir acciones de la misma, mientras estén en ejercicio de sus cargos, sino cuando se trate de operaciones ajenas a motivos de especulación y con autorización de la Junta Directiva otorgada con el voto favorable de cuatro (4) de sus miembros, excluido el solicitante.
