El artículo 44 del Decreto número 720 de 1978, quedará así:
De la cuantía de la bonificación.
La bonificación por servicios prestados, será equivalente al veinticico por ciento (25 %) de la asignación que tenga el funcionario en la fecha en que se cause el derecho a percibirla.
