- DISPOSICIONES LEGALES OPCIONALES. Las disposiciones de los artículos 1º al 6º del Decreto Legislativo número 868 de 1956 son de aplicación opcional para los municipios a que dicho decreto se refiere, los cuales podrán abstenerse de seguir los sistemas allí previstos para la liquidación y cobro de la contribución de valorización (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 244).
