FACULTAD PARA DESCONOCER EFECTOS TRIBUTARIOS DE LOS CONTRATOS SOBRE PARTES DE INTERÉS SOCIAL. Para efectos tributarios, los contratos sobre partes de interés social, utilidades, o participaciones en sociedades de responsabilidad limitada y asimiladas, y sociedades anónimas y asimiladas, que efectúen las sociedades entre sí o con sus socios o accionistas, directa o indirectamente sean o no vinculados económicos, o éstos entre sí, sólo se tendrán en cuenta si con tales actos no se disminuye el monto de los impuestos de los socios, personas naturales, sucesiones ilíquidas, sociedades anónimas o en comandita por acciones.
